Harry is the global Head of Legal at Luminance. Harry trained in private practice at Mishcon de Reya, then working in a range of regulated technology businesses with a particular focus on the US and UK gaming and AdTech sectors. Harry is a Lecturer at the University of Law and Queen Mary University London, as well as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Edinburgh and a Trainer of applied drafting skills at Barbri.

Federico Vasoli is a cross-jurisdiction and cross-cultural lawyer with experience in contracts, company law, foreign direct investments, asset protection, trusts, and international tax matters. He is the managing partner of MTV Global, an international legal and tax advisory firm with offices in Singapore, Malta, and Vietnam. Vasoli is a lecturer at MIP Politecnico di Milano and NIBI business school, and mentors students at Milan's Catholic University.
