Is it possible for the applicant to immigrate to Turkey with incorporation?
Yes, a working permit (which also allows residency) might be possible.

Corporate tax rate is %23 of the profit for 2022. There are also other taxes like stamp tax but their cost should not exceed more than 1.000 USD.

Minimum one person can be the sole shareholder of a company. The board can also consist of one person at minimum.
Type of residency card (blue or red)?
With a corporation, the applicant can independent working permit, not a card. Depending on the commercial activities planned, the situation may change.
Timetable from start point to getting the residency?
It is very volatile and hard to estimate but after filing the documents in a complete manner, the official deadline for the government to conclude the application is 30 days. However, this timeline may extend depending on the workload.
When is it necessary to have the client in Turkey? (applicant is living abroad)
No client is required.

Establishing a joint stock company requires 50.000 TRY capital, and a joint stock company requires 10.000 TRY capital. On top of that, a couple thousand TRY should be paid as governmental costs. Depending on the documents, there will be translation and notary costs as well.
